We combine verified user reviews, transparent pricing, structured feature data, and AI-assisted matching so buyers can shortlist with confidence and vendors can reach buyers who are actively in-market.

At a high level, Saaskart connects two audiences:

• Buyers search categories, compare options, read verified reviews, and reach out to vendors only when they've found a fit.
• Vendors create or claim a profile, earn authentic reviews, and receive high-intent leads.

Anyone can browse Saaskart without an account. To write reviews, save shortlists, ask questions, or manage a listing, create a free account.

• Sign up with your email from the registration page.
• Buyers get a free dashboard to save products, track shortlists, and manage notifications.

• Start a comparison from any product profile's Compare section or alternatives.
• Comparison pages work identically across software, AI agents, and service providers.

Every product profile includes verified reviews with star ratings, pros & cons, and sentiment insights. A product's average rating is derived solely from approved, verified reviews — until it has genuine reviews, its rating stays at zero.

Signed-in buyers can save products to a shortlist from any profile or listing card, then review and compare them later from the dashboard. Use shortlists to collaborate with your team on a buying decision.

When you're ready, request a demo or send a message from a product profile. Your contact details are shared with that vendor only to fulfil your request.

The Deals hub lists active discounts, trials, and exclusive offers. Reveal a coupon or follow the offer link directly from a deal card.

If your product already has an unclaimed listing, claim it to manage its content and respond to reviews. If it doesn't exist yet, create one from the vendor registration flow.

Complete, accurate profiles rank better and convert more buyers. Add:

• A clear tagline, description, and logo.
• Screenshots and video in the media gallery.
• Detailed pricing tiers and feature lists.
• Integrations, compliance badges, and deployment options.
• FAQs that answer what buyers actually search for.

Demo requests and contact-form submissions arrive in your vendor dashboard, where you can track, assign, and respond to them. Lead volume depends on your plan.

You can publicly respond to any review on your profile. Respond professionally — responses are on the record and visible to all buyers. You may never offer compensation for reviews or for removing negative feedback (see Community Guidelines).

Saaskart offers Free, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise vendor plans. Compare features and start on the pricing page. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Track profile views, leads, competitive position, and review trends from your vendor dashboard. Use these insights to optimise your profile and go-to-market.

Sign in and open any product profile to write a review. Share your honest, first-hand experience: an overall rating, pros, cons, and optional sub-ratings (ease of use, support, features, value).

All reviews must follow our Community Guidelines.

Before a review affects a score, we work to confirm it's genuine:

• Reviewer identity and product-usage signals are validated.
• Incentivized, conflicted, or fraudulent reviews are excluded.
• Automated checks and human moderation detect manipulation.

A product's average rating comes only from approved, verified reviews, with recency weighting so current quality is reflected fairly. We never seed, buy, or estimate ratings.

Category rankings blend verified review signals (volume, recency, rating), profile completeness, buyer engagement, and relevance. Products with too few reviews to be statistically meaningful aren't eligible for top placements. Read the full methodology.

Badges such as “Top Rated” and “Featured” are derived from the same verified signals, applied consistently per category. Paid or promotional placements are always clearly labelled and kept separate from organic scores.

Every product profile is a single scrolling page with these sections:

• Overview — media, description, and highlights.
• Pricing — tiers, free options, and starting price.
• Features — capabilities, platforms, deployment, integrations.
• Reviews, Q&A, Security, Alternatives, and Compare.

Saaskart organizes the market into a deep, structured taxonomy of categories and subcategories across all three catalogs. Browse from any catalog's mega-menu or the category pages, where you'll also find leaderboards, buyer's guides, and stats.

The Saaskart For You experience tailors discovery to your role, use case, industry, and business stage, surfacing the categories and tools most relevant to you.
