Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Saaskart (“Saaskart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Saaskart website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, submitting a review, claiming a listing, or otherwise interacting with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Community Guidelines, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, in which case “you” refers to that organization.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. Certain features (such as posting reviews or managing a vendor listing) require a registered account.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure at all times.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@saaskart.co of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

Saaskart is an independent marketplace and intelligence platform that helps buyers discover, compare, and evaluate software products, AI agents, and service providers, and helps vendors present their offerings to in-market buyers.

We aggregate structured data, verified user reviews, pricing information, and editorial content. Saaskart is not the seller of any third-party product or service listed on the Platform. Any transaction you enter into with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor, and is governed by the vendor’s own terms.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or incentivized information or reviews.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
• Manipulate ratings, rankings, reviews, or engagement metrics by any means.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access, harvest, or copy data without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network, or probe or test the vulnerability of the Platform.
• Upload malware, or content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or that infringes third-party rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or its data except as expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including content removal, account suspension, and referral to law enforcement — against anyone who violates this section.

Reviews, ratings, questions, answers, discussions, and other content you submit (“User Content”) must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience and comply with our Community Guidelines.

License you grant us

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Saaskart a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

Moderation

We may review, edit, refuse, or remove User Content at our discretion — for example, if it violates these Terms or our guidelines. Published reviews may be retained in anonymized form even after account deletion to preserve the integrity of aggregate ratings.

Vendors may create or claim listings to promote their products and services. By submitting or claiming a listing, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, not misleading, and that you have the right to publish it.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your pricing, features, integrations, and compliance claims.
• Outbound “Visit Website” links are routed through Saaskart-managed URLs for attribution; these links are controlled by Saaskart and not editable by vendors.
• You may respond to reviews but must not offer compensation in exchange for reviews or removal of negative feedback.
• Paid placements, where offered, are always clearly labelled and do not influence organic rankings.

Paid vendor plans are governed by the additional terms shown at checkout and in your vendor dashboard, including billing, renewal, and cancellation terms.

The Platform — including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the compilation of all content — is owned by Saaskart or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The “Saaskart” name and logo are our trademarks.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Third-party product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings and reviews are accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saaskart and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saaskart and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, your vendor listing, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or for prolonged inactivity.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Saaskart’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that location, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email or an in-product notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
